To Use the Find Window

You can select how accurate a match you are looking for from the following:
Any finds all of the transactions that contain the details you have entered, anywhere in the field you are searching on. For example, searching for an Account Reference containing the text CAR, matching using the Any option, will find CAR, CARLTON and REDCAR.
Whole finds the transaction that contains the exact details you have entered. For example, searching for an Account Reference CAR, using the Whole option will only find CAR, not CARLTON or REDCAR.
Start finds all of the transactions that contain the details you have entered at the beginning of the field you are searching on. For example, searching for the Account Reference CAR at the start of the field will find CAR and CARLTON not REDCAR.

Select the field you want search in. For example, if you were looking for an account reference, select the Account Reference field from the drop-down list.

If you want your search to be pick up capital and lower case letters exactly as specified in the Find What field.

1. From the Financials window, Bank Reconciliation window or Posting Error Corrections window, click Find.

2. Enter how you want to search and the item you want to search for in the boxes provided.

3. To find the first occurrence of your search, click Find first. To find the next occurrence of the search, click Find Next.

4. To return to the Financials, Bank Reconciliation or Posting Error Corrections window, click Cancel.
